We understand what happens before and after our in-house work.
Our background includes metal stamping, electroplating and liquid spray coatings. Those processes are not performed in-house, but that experience helps us design practical production methods, anticipate finishing challenges and coordinate qualified outside partners when a project requires additional operations.
Metal stamping
Experience with stamped and formed components helps us consider part geometry, handling, tolerances and downstream decoration from the beginning.
Electroplating
Knowledge of decorative and functional plating helps us plan surface preparation, masking, laser marking, printing and finishing around plated parts.
Liquid spray coatings
Coating experience informs adhesion, cure, appearance and compatibility decisions when printed or laser-processed components include painted finishes.
