STANDARD INKFUZE

Improve adhesion without complicating production.

InkFuze is designed to improve bonding between UV-curable digital inks and properly prepared non-porous substrates. Apply a thin, uniform film, allow it to flash, then print using your validated UV process.

COMMON APPLICATIONS

Designed for the surfaces that make UV printers work harder.

01

Painted & coated parts

Support adhesion testing on compatible painted, powder-coated and industrially finished components.

02

Glass & metals

Prepare non-porous glass, stainless, aluminum and other metal surfaces before UV printing.

03

Selected plastics

Evaluate improved ink bonding on compatible rigid plastics where untreated printing is unreliable.

A CONTROLLED PROCESS

Clean. Apply. Print. Validate.

  1. CleanRemove oils, dust and process contamination using a substrate-compatible method.
  2. ApplyWipe on a thin, even layer using a clean, lint-free applicator.
  3. PrintAllow the promoter to flash, then print with established UV ink and cure settings.
  4. ValidateConfirm adhesion, appearance and resistance on the actual production material.

WHEN STANDARD ISN'T ENOUGH

Paid application development for difficult coating systems.

Some coatings respond poorly to ordinary promoters, causing tackiness, streaking, haze or surface attack. InkFuze offers paid evaluation and formulation development for production customers with defined substrate, coating and UV-ink requirements.

Recent result: A coating-sensitive customer reported tackiness and visible streaking. A custom formulation eliminated both problems while preserving the required printing workflow.

Production testing is required.

Ink, substrate, coating, cleaning method, application weight and cure settings all affect performance. Test InkFuze on the actual production construction before release. Compatibility and final performance remain application-specific.
